Smoothies are really my favorite. Let me tell you why.
Smoothies are an easy, practical and delicious way to consume a whole lot of nutrients on-the-go. On any day, you can open your fridge, check which fruits and veggies you have in stock, then check your cupboard and create an exotic smoothie with them.
But when you're in a beach mood and you know you won't go down to Mexico soon enough, this smoothie will bring the beach to you!
I like to call it, the Tropical Paradise Smoothie recipe! Once you read the list of ingredients you'll get its name. It's a super refreshing and light smoothie, ideal for a tropical sweet tooth.

Serving size: 1 big glass or 2 small ones
Preparation time: 4 minutes
I bet you can guess what the instructions are!
Place all of the ingredients in your blender or food processor and pulse until everything is smooth. If you want to have a thicker consistency, add a frozen banana and ½ cup of ice. Once you get the perfect texture, serve and enjoy!
Useful Hack: Decorate with a bit of shredded coconut, diced fruit or mint leaves to add an extra exotic twist.
