Frapuccino Chia Pudding
Nothing will beat a delicious mid-morning snack that keeps us satisfied and also fills us with energy. That's why you need to try this Chia Pudding Frappuccino, specially created by Paola The Vegan Booty, so that you get that kick of energy that you need to continue the morning and meet your protein requirements too!

Frapuccino Chia Pudding with Falcon
Portions: 3 | Preparation time: 10 minutes + 5 resting hours
Macros per Portion:
- Calories: 198 Cal
- Protein: 12.4 g
- Carbohydrates: 15.6 g
- Fats: 10.5 g
Ingredients:
- 10 tbsp for chia
- 3 cup water
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Falcon Protein
- 2-4 c soluble coffee
- Stevia or monkfruit to taste
- Cinnamon to taste (optional)
- Foamed non-dairy milk or coconut yogurt for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- In a jar add 1.5 cups of the water, 5 tablespoons of chia, 2-3 teaspoons of soluble coffee and sweetener to taste, mix, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- In another jar add the protein, 1 teaspoon of soluble coffee, the water and the remaining chia, mix, cover and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
- To serve, place one third of the coffee pudding and one third of the protein pudding in a jar. Top with some frothed milk or coconut yogurt and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Repeat to serve the other two servings.
