Without adding any more suspense, here's the complete recipe to make a vegan chia seed pudding.
Serving size: 1 to 2 people
Preparation time: 12 minutes
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (organic is better)
- 2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder
- 1 scoop of Chocolate Falcon Protein
- Topping (optional): cacao nibs, coconut flakes, blueberries
Instructions
- In a blender, add the vegan milk and the chia seeds. Mix for 30 seconds at medium speed.
- Add the cocoa & Chocolate Falcon Protein powders to the mixture and blend another 30 seconds.
- Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes to give your pudding a thicker consistency.
- Serve and decorate with your favorite toppings!
I recommend you to add cacao nibs, coconut flakes or blueberries, but be creative and feel free to add whatever you crave. This dessert is great at any time of the day: breakfast, lunch, or post-workout snack! First comes work, then comes fun!
