At first it used to

"At first it used to help me the whole day to not be hungry. I work 12-14 hours shifts and this was great. Only the first bag worked this way. This protein doesn't accomplish this anymore. The only reason i keep buying this protein (as well Chocolate) because i like the flavor of my morning shake which i add fruit and egg. I do not recommend this protein for exercise reasons neither to replace meals."
